We understand that not everyone has the convenience of seeing one of our bikes in a local bike shop. For this reason we have provided a risk free guarantee on a bike or frame purchased from us directly. Customers have 14 days from the receipt of a Van Nicholas bicycle or frame to determine their complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will rectify the problem or you may return the product in its original packaging. Van Nicholas will issue a complete refund, with the exception of the shipping costs. Bicycles or frames needs to be returned within the stated term of 14 days. Returns that are not in new condition and/or not in the original packaging, are not eligible for credits or refund. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

 

Cash/check payments are refunded and credit card transactions are credited to the original account within 30 days of receiving the bicycle or frame back in new condition.
